Before any payment is taken, we verify your age using Stripe Identity. You provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport). Stripe confirms the document and returns your verified date of birth so our system can confirm you are 21 or older. Your ID images are handled by Stripe; we do not store them on our servers. If verification fails or shows an age under 21, the order cannot proceed.
When we arrive, the purchaser must present the same valid government-issued photo ID in person. Our delivery agent will confirm that:

We never leave alcohol unattended and never hand it to anyone under 21 or to anyone other than the verified purchasing adult. Providing false identification or attempting to obtain alcohol for someone under 21 is illegal and will result in cancellation without refund of fees, and may be reported to authorities.
