Terms of Sale

Effective September 10, 2026

Welcome to White Dove Distribution LLC. These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of wine and related products through whitedovewines.com (the "Site"), a retail wine-delivery service ("White Dove Distribution LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, receive, or possess alcoholic beverages. By ordering you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that the person receiving the delivery will be at least 21 years old.

1. Eligibility & Delivery Area

We sell and deliver only within Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Orders with a delivery address outside our service area cannot be fulfilled. We do not ship alcohol out of state or by common carrier.

2. Age Verification

All orders require online age verification through our identity provider (Stripe Identity) before payment, and a second, in-person check of a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. See our Age Verification Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to refuse delivery, if age cannot be confirmed.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change based on inventory.
Ohio sales tax of 8% is applied to the sum of your merchandise (after any discount) plus the delivery fee.
A bulk discount of 10% is applied automatically to orders of 6 or more bottles.
Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a sale is complete only when we accept the order, verify age, and successfully deliver.

4. Delivery

Delivery fees, scheduling, windows, and rules are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Alcohol is handed to the purchasing adult in person only. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, at a doorstep, or with anyone under 21 or visibly intoxicated.

5. Missed Deliveries, Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and the non-refundable $40 missed-delivery surcharge are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Responsible Service

We support responsible consumption. Under Ohio law we may refuse to sell or deliver to any person who is, or appears to be, under 21 or intoxicated, with no refund of the delivery fee where a delivery is refused for these reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Dove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
