Delivery Policy

How Ordering & Delivery Works

1. Add wine to your cart and check out online. You must confirm you are 21 or older.
2. Your age is verified online through our identity provider (Stripe Identity) before payment.
3. You pay securely online — nothing is collected at the door.
4. You choose a preferred delivery day and time; we contact you to confirm the final window.
5. We hand your order to you in person and check your ID at delivery.

Delivery Schedule

• Standard delivery runs Monday through Thursday.
• Standard orders are delivered within approximately 24–72 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery windows are between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We do not deliver before 11:00 AM.
• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 3:00 PM, for an additional $15.00 rush fee.

Delivery Area

We deliver only to addresses within Cuyahoga County, Ohio. If your ZIP code is outside our area, we are unable to complete the order. Delivery is made by White Dove in its own vehicles as an incident to the sale; no third-party courier is used.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on your merchandise subtotal after any discount and before tax:

• $149.99 and over — FREE delivery
• $50.00 – $149.98 — $9.99 flat
• Under $50.00 — $25.00
• Same-day rush adds $15.00 to the applicable fee.

Ohio sales tax of 8% (Cuyahoga County) applies to the merchandise (after any discount) plus the delivery fee.

Case Discount

Orders of 6 or more bottles receive a 10% case discount, applied automatically, as permitted under Ohio law (ORC 4301.13). A "case" is six to twelve bottles and the bottles need not be the same brand, variety, or size.

Payment

Payment is made securely online at checkout via Stripe. We do not take payment at the door and do not store your full card number.

Age Verification & In-Person Delivery — 21+ Only

You must be 21 or older to purchase and to receive a delivery. We verify age twice: online at checkout, and again in person at the door. At delivery, the purchaser must:

• Be present to receive the order in person (the purchaser).
• Be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the order.
• Be sober — we cannot deliver to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

We cannot leave alcohol unattended, at a doorstep, in a mailbox, or with anyone under 21 or anyone other than the verified purchaser. See our Age Verification Policy.

Missed or Refused Delivery

If you are not present, cannot provide a valid 21+ ID, or cannot lawfully receive the order during your scheduled window, we cannot complete the delivery. Your order is refunded minus a non-refundable $40 missed-delivery surcharge. See Returns & Refunds for full details.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or volume. We will contact you if your window changes.
