We deliver only to addresses within Cuyahoga County, Ohio. If your ZIP code is outside our area, we are unable to complete the order. Delivery is made by White Dove in its own vehicles as an incident to the sale — as a licensed Ohio B-5 wine distributor, we deliver our own product directly to consumers for home use under Ohio Revised Code 4303.10, and no third-party courier is used. Delivery fees are based on your merchandise subtotal after any discount and before tax:
Ohio sales tax of 8% (Cuyahoga County) applies to the merchandise (after any discount) plus the delivery fee.
Orders of 6 or more bottles receive a 10% case discount, applied automatically, as permitted under Ohio law (ORC 4301.13). A "case" is six to twelve bottles and the bottles need not be the same brand, variety, or size.
Payment is made securely online at checkout via Stripe. We do not take payment at the door and do not store your full card number.
You must be 21 or older to purchase and to receive a delivery. We verify age twice: online at checkout, and again in person at the door. At delivery, the person receiving the order — the purchaser or another adult (21+) at the delivery address — must:
We cannot leave alcohol unattended, at a doorstep, in a mailbox, or with anyone under 21 — the order may be received by the purchaser or another verified adult (21+) at the delivery address. See our Age Verification Policy.
If you are not present, cannot provide a valid 21+ ID, or cannot lawfully receive the order during your scheduled window, we cannot complete the delivery. Your order is refunded minus a non-refundable $40 missed-delivery surcharge. See Returns & Refunds for full details.
