Order & contact information you provide: name, email, phone, delivery address, and preferred delivery date/time.
Age & identity verification data processed by our verification provider, Stripe Identity. We receive a pass/fail result and your verified date of birth (to confirm 21+). Photographs of your ID are handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy terms; we do not store your ID images on our servers.
Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Technical data such as IP address and basic device/browser information for security and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Information

To verify you are 21 or older, as required by law.
To process payment, schedule, and complete your delivery.
To contact you about your order and confirm your delivery window.
To keep records required by Ohio law and for tax and accounting purposes.
To prevent fraud and protect the security of our service.
