Sheba Cabernet Sauvignon

Restrained ripeness with a fine balance of freshness and rich fruit. Deep ruby-black, with ripe blackberry, cherry, cassis, roasted coffee and a cooling mint note. Full-bodied and generous after 18 months in French oak (one-third new); lovely now and able to develop for another 4 to 8 years.
